Note: Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item or a replacement, contact our support team before returning it. Once your exchange is approved, we will guide you through the steps for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
