However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we process refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing accessories, your refund request may be declined.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Some products are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

Tip: We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before making your purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item). For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the full return shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos and a brief description of the issue to our support team at support@seriusaudiohub.com. Our team will review the case and provide a replacement or full refund if applicable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Allow at least 5–10 business days after receiving our refund confirmation.

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our support team before sending it back. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps for the return and shipment process.
